Job Description

This organisation has an exciting new opportunity for a Construction Site Administrator to join their team based at Wembley, London


The Construction Site Administrator will support the project teams by delivering exceptional site office coordination and administrative duties at project level, to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the site office.


You will ensure that documentation is current and up to date and compliant with this organisations Asite filing structure manual under the direction of Project Manager / Project Administrator. This role is key to the smooth and efficient running of their project sites.


Responsibilities:


Responsibilities including but not limited to:


Asite


  • Compile and upload all site safety weekly paperwork to Project Document Management System (Asite)

  • Conduct audits of Project Document Management System (Asite) to ensure it is utilised by the project team and in line with the Asite Filing Structure Manual

  • Prepare daily paperwork for the Construction Manager


Project Administration


  • Daily distribution of Build Packs

  • Weekly Safety Paperwork – distribute for completion, manage return, check for accuracy and upload to Asite

  • Order and allocation of PPE

  • Conduct Site Visitor Inductions

  • Populate site office noticeboards with relevant information and ensure on-site noticeboards are kept up to date with the latest information


General Administration


  • Maintain stock of all project office equipment, office consumables ensuring relevant handover documents are signed and returned

  • Manage all site IT equipment and phones. Supported by the Business Support Team

  • Liaise with the HR and Training Administrator on the management of Site Operatives certification

  • Book meeting rooms, organise refreshments, site passes, and parking where required

  • Co-ordinating and administering the project Operations & Maintenance (O&M) manual
