Job Description
This organisation is looking to appoint an MRICS QS or EA within their Birmingham office and are open to Project to Senior level candidates.
Duties:

Cost Planning
Benchmarking (both design criteria and cost)
Engineering Services Cost Management
Sustainable Solutions
Procurement and Contract Advice
Tender Documentation

Post Contract Cost Management
Final Account Negotiation and Settlement

Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
MRICS Quantity Surveyor
Experience in a client facing role
Experience working across the built environment, specifically residential and/or commercial sectors
